Why, God?

Romans 8:26-30, " Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified."
It's so easy to ask God 'why?'. Why do things happen? Why does it have to be this way? Why is it so hard? Why don't we understand?
As we grow older, life doesn't get easier. In fact we often have more 'reasons' to ask 'why?'. But the harder life gets, the more we understand less and struggle also more of an opportunity to trust in Christ.
Christ, the God not bound to time. (Hebrews 13:8, "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.") He has had our lives planned out from the very very beginning.
We can ask, 'Why, God?'. But the answer is simple, 'because God has a plan and always has'.
...The harder life gets, the more we can learn to trust in Christ; who foreknew every minute of our lives before we were even born. I think that's more than enough reason to trust in His will.
